The power cords of our advanced bidet toilet seats are four feet long, as set by UL requirements. They extend from the center or the right side of the seat if you face the toilet.
Should a professional install the bidets?
You don’t need a professional plumber to install the bidets. Our bidets and their accessories can be installed on your own, no special skills or tools required!
In case you do need help, one of our representatives can walk you through the steps.
How do I know when I am clean?
Our bidets are designed to guarantee instant, thorough cleaning at the touch of a button. Years of research and product testing attest to the effectiveness of our products. If you still want to make sure, you can check using toilet paper or press the cleanse button again.
How long does delivery take?
Deliveries usually take two to four days. Most orders are processed and shipped within two hours through UPS ground service before being delivered through local dealers in your area.
Can I still flush the toilet with the bidet installed?
Yes, you can. Though the toilet and the bidet use the same water supply, there is always enough water for both. You can flush the toilet while using the bidet without any problems.
If I will be away for a long time, what should I do with the bidet?
You should have the water drained before leaving if you use an advanced model. Meanwhile, you should shut off the water supply and unplug power if you have a water-tank type model.
If you own a non-electric model, you only have to shut off the water supply.
How warm can the seat be?
You can adjust the temperature of the seat in a range between 86 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit, roughly matching the average person’s body temperature.
How warm is the warm air dryer?
The temperature is much lower than that of a hair dryer. The warm air dryer can heat air up to 104 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
What is the dual nozzle for?
You use it to clean yourself in the front and back.
Do the bidets have a weight limit?
Our advanced bidets are sturdy enough to hold a 450lb bag for 30,000 cycles.
How much electricity does the bidet use?
Its average consumption is 211.70 kWh, costing you $16.94 a year.
Is the water pressure uncomfortable?

Is there any warranty? What does it cover?
We offer a one to three-year warranty that covers parts, labor, and return shipping.
How do I know if my toilet bowl is round or elongated?
Older and more basic models are typically round, with the inside measure 11 inches. Deluxe toilets and many modern models are two inches longer. You may determine the shape yourself by measuring from the two mounting bolts at the hinge to the very front of the bowl. If it measures 16 1/2 inches, the bowl is round. Two inches more than that means the bowl is elongated.
What is the vortex water stream and what can it do for me?
The vortex water stream is an extra-concentrated stream of water that helps you loosen hardened stool. You can use this to make bowel movement easier.
Will it really clean me?
Yes, it will! The vortex water stream is specifically engineered to maximize cleaning. The high-pressure wash is extremely efficient at cleaning your bottom quickly.
Does it cure hemorrhoids or constipation?
Not at all. Bidets are not meant to treat medical conditions, including hemorrhoids. But they do provide relief for hemorrhoid pain and improve bowel movement when used properly.
How long should I use a bidet?
The average user will use it for 15 to 25 seconds. But that depends entirely on your preference.
Does it use water from the toilet water tank?
No, the bidet water tank taps into your main water supply, using only fresh water.
Should I use soap?
With our state-of-the-art bidets’ superior water pressure wash and specially designed mechanisms, you don’t have to clean yourself with soap after toileting.
Is this helpful for people with Urinary Tract Infection?
Yes, it is. In fact, using the bidet regularly flushes out the bacteria that normally remains after urination. This significantly reduces the risk of infection.
Will the bidet work with a seat riser?
No. Our electronic bidets do not function with anything on the seat other than a user. They use a digital safety sensor that activates them only when direct contact is made between the seat and the user. With three to four inches added on top of the bidet, you won’t be able to utilize the water stream fully.
If you need a higher toilet, we recommend using the ones that raise the toilet from the base instead of the top. These don’t affect the bidet in any way.
