Limited Warranty
CleanButt.com is committed to providing our customers with the best possible products from our partner suppliers. We honor the product warranties and services from our partner suppliers only on products bought from CleanButt.com and only when accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Your warranty is invalid is you bought a product from another company or if the original factory serial number has been removed, defaced, or altered.

CleanButt.com warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects with normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. For an extended warranty of up to two years, please click here: “Extended Warranty”
Under this warranty, our obligations are limited to repair or replacement, at CleanButt.com’s and it’s partner suppliers discretion, of products or parts found to be damaged or defective, so long as these were properly installed and used in accordance with instructions. CleanButt.com and its partner suppliers reserve the right to make the necessary inspections to determine the cause of any defect. We will not charge for labor or parts for warranty repairs or replacements.

This warranty does not apply to the following items:
- Damage or loss from a natural calamity, such as a fire, earthquake, electrical storm, and the like
- Damage or loss from any unreasonable use, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or negligence
- Damage or loss from removal, improper repair, or modification of the product
- Damage or loss caused by sediments or foreign matter in the water system
- Damage or loss from improper installation or installation of a unit in a harsh or hazardous environment
This warranty grants you specific legal rights. Other rights may apply according to state legislation.
This warranty is the only warranty made by CleanButt.com. Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty shall be the exclusive remedy that you may receive. We are not responsible for the loss of the product or for other incidental, special, or consequential damage or expenses incurred by the purchaser, nor for labor or any costs due to installation or removal, nor costs of repairs by others, nor any other expense not described above. Except to the extent provided for by relevant laws, any implied warranties, including that or merchantability or fitness for use, are expressly limited to the duration of this warranty. Certain states prohibit limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damage, so the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to you.
WARNING! We shall not be responsible for any failure of, or damage to, any product or product component caused by chloramines in the treatment of public water supply or in-tank bowl cleaners containing chlorine (calcium hypochlorite). Using a high concentration of chlorine or chlorine-related products can seriously damage the fittings, causing leakage and potentially serious damage to property.
Return Policy
Our bidet seats or complementary products which have been installed or used are non-refundable due to government regulations pertaining to personal hygiene products. CleanButt.com cannot accept product returns if the installation hardware kit has been opened or if signs of use are detected.
